This blog will follow some issues of the Internet Governance Forum. I will participate as a young researcher from Latin America, granted by IDRC. I will be in the following Openness workshops:
-Freedom of Expression as a Security Issue
-Fundamental Freedoms in the Internet Governance Forum: Protecting and Promoting Freedom of Expression, Freedom of Assembly and Association, and Privacy in the Information Society
-Content regulation and the duty of states to protect fundamental rights
-'Quality' and the Internet: using and trusting internet content
Human Rights and Neutrality in the Internet
... and hopefully, if time allows it, I will be in other workshops as well.

en español hija. no hay que fomentar el anglocentrismo, que el gobierno de internet debe ser multicultural.
